L’Aubergine Food Truck is a Netherlands-based catering concept specializing in high-volume food truck catering for festivals, corporate events and private celebrations. We combine Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors with fast, efficient service designed for large crowds.
Who We Are
My journey began in the kitchen of my grandmother Margareta, in Brasov, Transylvania. It was there that i learned the soul of authentic cooking.
Today, as a Street Chef in the Netherlands, I combine those childhood memories with techniques learned from renowned Israeli chefs, and collaborations with 5-star hotel executive chefs.
Whether we are serving the team at the Nike EHQ, or catering for ING CFOs, or celebrating at Rollende Keukens, our mission is simple: high- end quality with a personal touch.
